Actor
Jim has spent over 30 years acting in New York and across the country. He performed in the original Off-Broadway production & the Alley Theatre & National Tour productions of David Mamet’s Oleanna.
His credits include: The Atlantic Theater Company: Romance, Ghost Stories, The Night Heron, Hobson’s Choice, Hellhound On My Trail, Sea of Tranquility and Edmond. Broadway: The Old Neighborhood. Regional theaters: Humana Festival, The Delling Shore; Berkshire Theatre Festival, American Buffalo; Long Wharf, The Front Page; Mark Taper Forum, Romance; Shakespeare & Company, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. He’s appeared in the films: Heist, State and Main, Homicide, The Spanish Prisoner, Spartan, Suits, Claire Dolan, Joy and many others.
Jim produced and acted in David Mamet’s 1988 production of Sketches of War, a theatrical benefit for the Vietnam Veteran’s Workshop at Boston’s Colonial Theater, starring Al Pacino, Donald Sutherland, Michael J. Fox, Christopher Walken, William H. Macy, and many others. Films: Joy, Transamerica, Spartan, Heist, State and Main, The Spanish Prisoner, Homicide, Suits, Claire Dolan and Maryam. Jim is the Artistic Director of Great Barrington Public Theater in Great Barrington, MA.
